Terms of Service

Effective Date: This Terms of Service (TOS) was last updated on December 28, 2015.

Jasmo Web Hosting reserves the right to change this TOS at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon posting on-line at this location. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this site and this TOS periodically and to be aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the services after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified TOS; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the modified TOS. If you do not agree to these terms, please contact us to cancel your services.

Payments and Fees

Web space and services will automatically be billed one (1) month in advance according on the selected fee schedule associated with the web hosting plan. In the event that the Customer fails to pay for such services in advance, Jasmo Web Hosting shall be entitled to suspend the Customer’s service without notice until payment is made. If the account is delinquent for another billing cycle, then it will be deactived, which will result in all files and email being deleted from the server. The customer accepts financial responsiblity for all bandwidth and compute cycle use.

A US$25.00 service fee will apply to each credit card chargeback (multiple chargebacks will each be billed $25.00 each). If a customer initiates a chargeback, then their account will be immediately suspended and the suspension will only be removed once the chargeback is reversed by the customer or the charges paid in full, including any chargeback fees.

Account Cancellation

Client must submit service cancellations by emailing us at info@jasmo.com at least 7 days but not more than 30 days before the end of the service’s billing cycle.

Refund Policy

All payments to Jasmo Web Hosting are nonrefundable. This includes one time setup fees, prepayment fees, and subsequent charges regardless of usage.
